Founding Director

Raika is an Advanced-Level Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner and Managing Director at Bespoke Behaviour. She holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology and began her career working with children, later expanding her practice to support adults as well.

A graduate of the Institute of Applied Behaviour Analysis (IABA), Raika has developed extensive expertise in trauma-informed approaches and family-centred practice. Her passion lies in supporting individuals and families through a range of therapeutic strategies that promote safety, connection, and meaningful growth.

As Managing Director, Raika is committed to building a PBS team that embodies excellence, compassion, and integrity, creating a culture where practitioners are supported to deliver truly person-centred and transformative support.
