Founding Director
Aaron is a qualified psychotherapist and experienced Positive Behaviour Support practitioner who specialises in supporting young men with sexualised behaviours. His work focuses on helping participants understand themselves and develop healthier behavioural patterns through evidence-based, human-centred practice.
Aaron holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from ACAP, a Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from James Cook University. This diverse academic foundation informs his integrative and relational approach to behaviour support.
As Managing Director of Bespoke Behaviour, Aaron’s driving goal is to build Australia’s most kind, skilled, and genuinely caring PBS team, one that leads with heart, supports each other, and makes behaviour support feel truly human.
