Frequently asked questions
Who can you support?
We provide services to NDIS participants of all ages who display behaviours of concern.
What is Positive Behaviour Support?
PBS is an evidence-based approach that improves a person’s quality of life by understanding why behaviours of concern happen and building support and skills around the person, reducing the need for restrictive practices over time.
How is PBS funded?
PBS is funded through the Improved Relationships (Capacity Building) budget in an NDIS plan. We can help you understand what your plan covers.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. TelePBS delivers behaviour support remotely, with no travel charges, and can be blended with in-person sessions.
Is there a waitlist?
Our national team and telehealth capacity mean we can often begin sooner than a local-only provider. Get in touch and we will give you a realistic timeframe.
How do we get started?
Send us a message or a referral and we will be in touch about how we can support you.
