What it is like to be supported by us

Rapport building.
First we establish a trusting connection with the participant and their support team, fostering open communication. We do this by actively listening and encouraging the expression of thoughts, feelings, and preferences, creating a collaborative foundation for the entire process.

Data collection.
Next, we will gather accurate data on Behaviours of Concern (BOC) through interviews, observations, and assessments. While we do this we will maintain ongoing communication and regular check-ins to ensure the collected data reflects evolving insights and participant feedback.

Creation of a behaviour support plan.
Thirdly we will develop a comprehensive BSP based on collected data. Regular check-ins with the participant and their support team will refine the plan collaboratively, aligning it with unique needs and preferences.

Training and ongoing support.
FInally, we will conduct training sessions for the participant and support team, focusing on implementing BSP strategies. Integrate ongoing check-ins for real-time feedback and adjustments, ensuring understanding and comfort with strategies for optimal outcomes.
