Marita is an experienced Positive Behaviour Specialist in Geelong with over 30 years in education and behavioural support. Passionate about empowering individuals with Autism and diverse needs, Marita designs evidence-based, person-centred behaviour support plans that foster independence and build long-term skills.

With a strong foundation in education, Marita has supported children, young people, and adults with complex needs, translating behavioural principles into practical strategies. Her training in Collaborative and Proactive Solutions with Dr. Ross Greene enhances her ability to address challenging behaviours and promote positive outcomes.

Marita holds advanced qualifications, including a Post-Graduate Diploma in Special Education from Deakin University and a certification in Behaviour Support Planning from the University of Melbourne. Her extensive expertise ensures high-quality, meaningful support for participants.
