Jess brings over 10 years of experience in education and positive behaviour support to Bespoke. Starting her career as a Primary School Teacher with a focus on Student Wellbeing, she has worked extensively in disability inclusion, managing challenging behaviours, and supporting families and educators. With a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Jess is passionate about helping individuals with complex needs, particularly in areas such as Autism, ADHD, and Intellectual Disabilities.
