Behaviour Practitioner

Cody is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong foundation in psychology and a deep commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed practice. With years of experience in the NDIS sector and a background in psychological research and teaching, Cody brings both compassion and clinical insight to his work.

He holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science with First Class Honours from La Trobe University and has contributed to peer-reviewed publications in cognitive neuroscience. Cody has previously worked in academic research labs, taught undergraduate psychology, and spent several years in complex support coordination roles.

Cody’s areas of interest include supporting individuals with psychosocial and intellectual disabilities, co-designing supports with families, and understanding the behavioural impacts of trauma and neurodiversity.
